Kronenflex small cutting disc A 660 R Supra
The thin Kronenflex small cutting disc A 660 R Supra reaches even hard-to-reach areas and is suitable for processing solid material, profiles or sheets made of
- steel and
- stainless steel.
The Kronenflex small cutting disc A 660 R Supra ensures minimal burr formation thanks to its high aggressiveness and low disc thickness. This eliminates the need for time-consuming reworking. The cutting disc is free of iron, sulphur and chlorine.
Properties of the Kronenflex small cutting disc A 660 R Supra
A particularly thin glass fabric is used to reinforce the Kronenflex. This means that this product from Klingspor achieves a long service life despite its low thickness. At the same time, the A 660 R Supra can be used to work quickly with low contact pressure. The synthetic abrasive grain between the glass fibre layers is hard and tough. This makes it ideal for working with stainless steel. The synthetic production of the abrasive grain ensures the consistent quality of this abrasive. The Kronenflex small cutting disc A 660 R Supra is preferably used in plant engineering and metalworking shops.
Correct handling of the Kronenflex small cutting disc
Before placing the Kronenflex small cutting disc on the machine, check that it is intact and ready for use. Damaged cutting discs must not be used. Before starting work, the Kronenflex small cutting disc should be left to idle for approx. 30 seconds. To ensure maximum safety, the user must wear protective equipment consisting of gloves, safety goggles, a dust mask and ear protection during work.
